During this weekly workshop we practice connecting with Higher Power, expressing the Inner Child, and embodying the Inner Loving Parent. After a grounding practice and meditation to guide you to connect to your Higher Power, Loving Parent and Inner Child, the time is yours to play, create, dance, journal, garden or whatever else your Inner Child would like to do while witnessed and affirmed by your Loving Parent. Following a visualization to integrate all of these parts within you, time is open for those who wish to share what the experience was like for them. *** Please note that the Zoom room is always open.
