GMHP is an online, closed meeting, largely LGBTQ+, although all recovering addicts are welcome regardless of gender or orientation. The format of the meeting is as follows: A volunteer will read from “Just for Today,” and then share for up to 3 minutes. 3-minute sharing will continue in alphabetical order starting where we left off at the previous meeting, on the JFT topic or any other subject of choice.
