Zoom ID: 858-0503-9409 Passcode: EDA4Women We gather for approximately 90 minutes Following the standard opening readings, members suggest and decide on three or four topics, and then we write for approximately 20 minutes, focusing on any of the chosen topics as previously mentioned, or anything related to our EDA recovery. In addition to writing, attendees are free to spend the quiet portion of the meeting doing arts, crafts, or any other activity they feel is contemplative, meditative, or prayerful. This is a very flexible EDA meeting; we encourage stream of consciousness writing, avoiding the need to censor. Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to mention food or drink by name and / or other Twelve-Step programs in which one participates. The last portion of the meeting is open for members to read and / or share about what they wrote or how they spent their quiet time. This is meant to be a crosstalk-free, non-judgmental, safe environment. It is not a critique group. We encourage acceptance, acknowledgment, and appreciation of any and all sharing. All present are encouraged to share. We keep the room open for at least ten minutes before and after the meeting for fellowshipping, exchanging numbers, etc.
