Meeting format is a Big Book Topic Discussion meeting. An A.A. member reads something from the book Alcoholics Anonymous and then shares their experience on the selected reading for about 10 minutes. They then suggest a topic related to the reading for the remaining discussion portion of the meeting. This is an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous and all members of the community are welcome to attend. The single most important aspect of recovery is the principle of one alcoholic relating to another alcoholic, therefore only alcoholics participate in the meeting.
