Additional Notes

Type: Open AA Meeting Silence and honest sharing, non-beginner We begin in shared silence and invite each person to speak from that silence. Shares are brief, grounded in personal experience, and followed by a short pause. After each share, members may offer gentle questions—not advice or opinions—but the person who shared answers them privately, not out loud. This keeps the meeting reflective, safe, and non-intrusive. We do not cross-talk, interrupt, or try to fix one another. We use a simple hourglass for timing and clarity. There are no readings and no required formulas for introducing yourself. You are welcome to speak—or sit quietly with us—exactly as you are. The Grove is open to anyone with a desire to stop drinking.
